Hiring Software / Design Interns
At Tecof, we are looking for a Software (Developer) or Design (Designer) intern to actively test our product, create sample websites, design and develop new themes, and grow with our team.
Who We Are?
Tecof is a next-generation AI-powered website and e-commerce platform. Our goal is to enable people to build corporate websites or e-commerce stores faster and smarter with autonomous AI agents that perform real background operations.
We are at an early and fast-growing stage. Therefore, the contributions of team members joining us will directly impact product development.
What Will You Do?
In this internship, you won't just test the product—you'll directly contribute as a key team member. Your responsibilities include:
- Build corporate websites or e-commerce stores across various sectors using our platform.
- Participate in real production work (Software or Design): design and develop new website themes, refine existing components or UI.
- Be among the first team members to experience and guide new feature development.
- Provide detailed feedback on UI/UX, system architecture, bugs, and overall functionality to our product team.
Who Are We Looking For?
We seek candidates aiming for a career in Software or Design, interested in tech, open to learning, and thinking analytically. Our expectations by field:

How to Apply?
Our application process works differently than standard CV reviews. We expect candidates to create a practical sample project using our platform first.
1. Adım: Platformu Kullanarak Bir Web Sitesi Oluştur
Tecof'u kullanarak örnek bir web sitesi oluştur. Kurumsal bir tanıtım sitesi ya da bir e-ticaret mağazası oluşturmak tamamen senin tercihine bağlıdır; hangisinde kendini daha iyi ifade edeceğine kendin karar verebilirsin. Siteni oluştururken şu noktalara dikkat etmeni bekliyoruz:
2. Adım: Deneyimini Bir Dokümanda Özetle
Bir doküman hazırla ve içeriğinde şunlara yer ver:
- • Oluşturduğun web sitesinin kısa bir özeti (amacı ve tasarım/teknik kararların gerekçeleri)
- • Platformu kullanırken kendi uzmanlık alanına (Yazılım veya Tasarım) göre edindiğin deneyime dair yapıcı bir geri bildirim notu
3. Adım: Başvurunu Gönder
